Brussel Sprouts and Cranberries

Brussel Sprouts and Cranberries

Ingredients:
1 Pound Brussel Sprouts
2/3 Cup Fresh Cranberries
Pecans
1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Heat up some oil in your skillet
Cut the brussel sprouts in half and cut the stems off then throw them in the skillet
Throw the cranberries in the skillet
Salt and pepper to taste
Let the brussel sprouts and cranberries cook for about 10 minutes. You will know it is done when the cranberries start to shrivel
Then pour in the maple syrup and the balsamic vinegar and stir it all around
Turn your burner on sim/low
Pour as many pecans as you want in
If you want to you can add some cheese on top
