Mother-In-Laws Biscuits

My mother-in-law and father-in-law are in town and we decided we should make some biscuits for breakfast. She knew the recipe right off of the top of her head.  I was very impressed.
 
Mother-In-Laws Biscuits
 

Ingredients:
 
2 Cups Flour
1/3 Cup oil
3Tsp Baking Powder
A Dash of Salt
3/4 Cup Milk
 
Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees 
2. Throw all of the ingredients in a medium sized bowl
3. Mix it with a fork until it is well blended
4. Kneed it a couple times
5. Separate it into 1 1/2 inch balls
6. Place them into the pan-place them so they are touching
7. Bake them for about 10-12 minutes
 
Tip* If you make smaller biscuits bake them at 350 degrees for about 8-12 minutes.

This is a trick my mother-in-law taught me. If you hold the dough like this then you can just separate the dough evenly and it makes the shape of a roll!
